What we resist persists

What we resist persists. So how do we change this when we are feeling resistance? We lean into learning about the resistance, becoming curious rather than resentful, and get comfortable with the uncomfortable. We open ourselves to receiving whatever lesson our higher selves are wanting us to learn instead of resisting the lesson. Stay in the tension of it all, let it teach you what it came to teach you, and watch the resistance slowly melt away, in its due time.
